My first project was renovating a burned house. As most small business owners have experienced, the whole world seems to be riding on those first few projects, and my subs and I put everything we had into it.

As KTB has grown over the years, my goal has been to give every project the same sense of urgency and pride those first projects had. Although the size of our company has increased, and our construction schedule has become more complicated, I still have a lot riding on each and every project – namely my personal reputation and sense of accomplishment.
